Is this an online store?
Not exactly — think of it as your own Facebook-Marketplace-style shop page, but smarter. Why do I need a second number for the WhatsApp bot?
Because of how WhatsApp itself works, not a Llorut rule. Once a number is running on the WhatsApp Business Platform, it can no longer be used in the ordinary WhatsApp app — so if we used the number you chat on today, you would lose it. Buy a cheap spare SIM, give us that number, and your everyday WhatsApp is untouched. Customers still reach a real person: “Talk to a person” sends the conversation to you inside Llorut, where several staff can answer.
Does the WhatsApp bot cost extra per message?
No. The bot only ever replies to someone who messaged first, and replies inside that window are free on WhatsApp — so there is nothing to meter and nothing added to your bill. It is included in the $5/month plan.
Do my customers need to download an app?
