🚀 Getting started — the 3 steps that matter
1. Add your products or services & prices (Home → Products) so the AI can answer price questions.
2. Share your AI link (the green card on Home) on WhatsApp, Facebook, flyers — or print the QR.
3. Turn on alerts so your phone pings when a customer orders or messages you. That's it — the AI does the rest.
📱 What is my AI link & QR code?
It's your business's front door. Anyone who taps the link (or scans the QR) can chat with your AI, browse your products, order, and message you — no app or account needed on their side. Share it exactly like you'd share your WhatsApp number.
🤖 What does the AI actually answer?
Only things YOU put in: your products & prices, opening hours, delivery areas, and your business description in Settings. It never invents answers — if it doesn't know, it tells the customer the team will reply, and the question lands in your Messages tab.
💬 Messages — when do I reply myself?
When a customer asks for a human, places an order, or asks something the AI can't answer, it appears in Messages with a red badge. Reply like WhatsApp. Tap ✓ Resolve when it's handled — if they write again, it reopens.
📦 Orders — how do they work?
When a customer orders, it appears in the Orders tab. Tap the button to move it along: Confirm → Ready → Collected — the customer is notified at every step. Tap 💵 Paid when you receive the money and they get a receipt automatically.
🛍️ Products — tips for a good price list
Add every item with a clear name and price — customers search these words. A photo makes a product sell better and shows up nicer in search. Out of stock? Untick "in stock" instead of deleting.
📣 Updates — what are followers?
Customers who install the app and chat with you become followers. Post an update (new stock, offers, price changes) and every follower gets a notification — free advertising to people who already know you. Use the 📨 Invite button to grow the list.
💳 How do customers pay me?
You collect the money yourself — Llorut never touches it. In Settings, fill in how you accept payment (EcoCash, bank transfer, cash…) and it's shown to the customer at checkout. Same for Delivery & collection: add your areas and prices there.
🔔 I'm not getting notifications
Tap Enable alerts on the Home tab. If it still doesn't ping: check phone Settings → Apps → Llorut → Notifications is ON, and open the app while online once. Battery-saver modes on some phones block alerts — allow Llorut to run in the background.
